Great observations! I’m five feet tall and used to weigh fifteen pounds less so sizing is a nightmare. But here’s one that has never made sense to me: why assume that petite women don’t have boobs?
I recently did a wardrobe refresh with a friend’s help and this was my experience. I discovered that I’m a different size depending on the designer. And I’m between plus and regular so some clothes are plus 0 (which - what does that even mean?) and I’m a size 16 in regular. The lesson I took away is to learn your sizes in your favorite designers so you have a sense of what might fit when you try it on, but it’s just a reference point and doesn’t have any reflection on your health or attractiveness. Don’t let that number(s) dictate how you feel about yourself.
