Everyone, thank you for reading and supporting my work. Having this story out in the world is a surreal feeling and your kind words mean so much. Thank you to Roxane and Megan for this incredible opportunity. Subscribe to my Substack to read more from me 🫶🏽📚
Thank you for this tour de force of both writing and the intimate wordlessness of loss. It is also an unexpected gift of strength as in a few days I am marking the second anniversary of my sister’s suicide. I needed someone else saying “I can’t find a way to tell this story.” I needed that more than I knew. I will read everything you write.
Thanks for sharing your story in such a beautiful way. Raw and real, beautifully crafted and really captures the way traumatic events re-run with non linear snapshots and multiple paths of thoughts in our brains-but you weave it all together seamlessly with care and vulnerability. 👏🏼👏🏼
Lovely use of switching forms of writing to express how we feel when we’re frantically missing someone. They are never far from our thoughts, yet out of reach. Well done!

Gutting, especially the scene in the car with an incomplete set of sisters.
This was so powerful! Thank you for sharing ❤️
So good!!
I loved this in a very painful way. Because I like it when my feelings and experiences are brought out into the cold cruel light of day. Ouch.
Loved this.
